BW Flexible Systems offers a wide variety of forming sets to support your operational needs. Our forming tube assemblies are built for bag widths ranging from 1.75in (45mm) up to 18 in (457mm) as standard; custom sizes up to 38.5in (978mm) are available upon request.
Available options include washdown, sanitary, USDA and lightweight construction to suit your specific needs. BW Flexible Systems FTAs can accommodate tucking, flat-bottom bag, Quad, Doy, reclosable seal options, inert gas flush, dust extraction, valve fitments, and many other options as required in today’s Vertical Form Fill Seal market.
