How Does the Hayssen ISB Sanitary Bagger Work?

The Hayssen ISB Sanitary Bagger is a vertical form fill seal (VFFS) bagging machine designed to provide a high-performance, hygienic packaging solution.

The machine has an open channel frame featuring sloped surfaces to prevent product buildup and allow for easy cleaning.

The bagger also incorporates BW Flexible Systems' TruFORM forming set, a lightweight and easily removable component that ensures a consistent bag shape during packaging. The equipment uses toolless changeovers, except for the sealing jaws, which enhance efficiency.

The Hayssen ISB bagger can withstand high-pressure washdowns, making it ideal for use in food production environments where sanitation is crucial. It features IP66 and NEMA 4X enclosure ratings and high-end polymer doors to protect the machine from water and other contaminants.

The bagger can handle various products, including fresh produce, frozen and IQF foods, cheese and dairy products, and meat, poultry, and seafood. The machine's pass-through film threading feature allows for easy film loading. At the same time, the improved wire routing design eliminates zip-tied wire bundles, reducing the risk of contamination.
